A beautiful children’s book which taught practical things to a child whose daddy had to leave home every day in the morning.
Paddy and his daddy leprechaun spent their time going out and playing mischief on humans. Paddy was then left home, and his daddy went out alone. That hurt him as he did not understand why his daddy had to leave him everyday
His mother took Paddy and both followed daddy leprechaun, and they learned the truth of how his dad worked hard to provide for his family.
This was a fabulous picture book with bright colors and clear drawings which captured my heart. Pictures say a thousand words, so every picture in this book would explain to the children easily the concept of a job and to earn a living. That would reduce the separation anxiety in a child knowing that the father would come back to him after the job.
