THIS WAS BLOODY AMAZING!! With an eerie cover and an intriguing blurb, this book pulled me in with its first two chapters. Black widow were the words that came to my mind soon. Tamara had a plan, a plan of destruction, and her target was Dom and Stacey and everything they held dear.
Having read books by this author, I expected another routine thriller. But Miranda Rijks blew me away with her strong beginning. I knew I was in for a ride. The plot arc did sound familiar, but I knew that there were some secrets which were deeper and darker. And I wanted nothing more than to bring them to light by reading the book in a few hours.
Told in dual POV, both Miranda and Stacey had their ways of working. I wondered who was really innocent. Each had the other as a target in mind. Sometimes things are not as they appear to be, and this story showed me exactly that.
I could guess the ending, but the compelling need to still read it was new. Bubbles of excitement burst into me, sizzling under my skin. Both the characters played havoc in my brain. An impending sense of thrill arose in me, knowing things would soon reach a climatic end. And it did!! Wow!!

Wow, you are really on a roll lately aren’t you? So many good books! This one sounds like yet another winner. The title though doesn’t sound really cheerful….😅😅Always cool that a book manages to end things on a high note. That is usually one of the most difficult things to pull off. Great review😘❤️

Love your excited review and sounds delightfully suspenseful and scary thrilling. Then i ck out the author and its always the sweet ones with kids and dogs and hubby. But you know what goes on in their heads…
