Book 3 of the series
Ah, it was true the forest never slept. And this time the stakes were raised, and Jasper had his family had to take a few life changing decisions.
My third book by author Sharon C. Williams, the story had tension coursing through it. I could feel the fear the birds felt. Now that they had a tiny sister, Piper, the boys Jasper and Willie knew that they had a new responsibility toward their family. Their mum Sally was as sweet as ever.
The story dealt with a few harsh realities, I got to know the animals’ POV. The author did a brilliant job explaining how forests were homes to myriad of creatures, big and small. A different friend and a known enemy soon made their appearance to increase the pace of the story
Life lessons continued on, friendships remained firm. The book showed how families and friends ought to help each other. The author was brilliant in driving home a few important facts of life. So important for our kids to learn.
The story did end on a high note, leaving me with only one thought – What was next for Jasper and his family? So I got to wait until the author writes the fourth book.

Jasper and his family enjoy living in the Amazon jungle. It’s full of family, friends, and adventures. Knowing their sister, Piper, will soon learn how to fly, will only add to the fun this family of birds will embark on.
